Store Policy

When placing an order please take into consideration the time frame of when you are ordering.   Please allow yourself a reasonable amount of time to receive your merchandise.  Although we do our best to process and send your order out as quickly as possible, sometimes unpredictable circumstances may occur.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will not be processed until Monday. 
Please note orders placed on the following holidays will not be processed until the following day. (In the event any holiday falls on Monday, the order will then be processed on Tuesday.)

New Years Eve/New Years Day
Independence Day 
Labor Day

Retail Return Policy

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. A request for a refund must be sent to info@roaddivaproducts.com within 10 days of the receipt of the item. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for any reason after 10 days of the receipt of the item. The returned item must be shipped, with a postmark, within 5 days of the refund acknowledgement from Road Diva Products. Items that are returned that are NOT damaged will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns are shipped at your expanse we do not accept COD packages.

Payment & Terms

Payment must be made when order is placed.  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and e-checks.  We do not accept personal checks.
